In January-June 2015, Russian seaports handled 322.3 mln t of cargo (+3.5%, year-on-year), says press center of RF Transport Ministry. Transshipment of dry bulk cargo declined 0.2% to 138.7 mln t, liquid bulk cargo – up 6% to 183.6 mt.
Operators of the Arctic Basin terminals handled 17 mln t (-0.6%) including 11.5 mln t of dry cargo (-7.1%) and 5.6 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+16%).
The ports of the Baltic Basin handled 113.6 mln t (+2.3%) including 42.2 mln t of dry cargo (-3.1%) and 71.4 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+6%).
Throughput of Azov – Black Sea ports climbed to 105.1 mln t (+6.7%) including 36.8 mln t of dry cargo (+9%) and 68.3 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+6%).
The ports of the Caspian Basin handled 3.6 mln t (-7.3%) including 1.6 mln t of dry cargo (+11%) and 1.9 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (-18.3%).
The ports of Far East Basin handled 82.9 mln t (+2.7%) including 46.7 mln t of dry cargo (-2.5%) and 36.3 mln t of liquid bulk cargo (+11%).
